Project Update - November 2009 An Bord Pleanála issued a Request for Further Information (RFI) to Bord na Mona in relation to this project on the 28th August 2009. The RFI related to the discharge of process wastewater from the proposed development to the Yellow River, and the implications of new regulations (European Communities Environmental Objectives (Surface Water) Regulations 2009) regarding the protection of surface water bodies which came into force at the end of July this year. A response to this RFI was submitted to An Bord Pleanála on the 27th November 2009. An Bord Pleanála have decided that the response to the RFI is significant additional information in respect to the planning application for the proposed development. In this regard, a copy of the response to this significant additional information is now available for download at the link below. Please note that the original Request for Further Information is included in an appendix to this document. Submissions or observations in respect of this significant additional information may be made only to An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 relating to-
